Career Change Dogs

As puppy raisers, our job is to raise puppies to their fullest potential and to be guide dog canidates. Not all puppies are ultimately selected to be working guide dogs (due to either physical or training issues), but all play an important role in the mission of Guide Dogs for the Blind.

These puppies are not considered failures, as they are anything but that! They are called career changed dogs because they go on to many other careers including therapy, search and rescue, diabetic detection, law enforcement, and family pets.
